We have spent the last 36 years in the municipal equipment business, either as a contractor or sales company. During those years we have witnessed first hand a huge change in equipment as a whole. When we were first involved in this business, machinery was fairly basic and most qualified mechanics could repair or trouble shoot pretty much any problem with equipment. Through the decades this has changed drastically. Now many of the new machines are terribly over engineered being built with numerous diodes, relays, computers, and very intricate can bus and fiber optics systems. The result is much more downtime, and machinery that requires specialized software that is only available to particular dealers, leaving the owners of the equipment at the mercy of the servicing dealer. We can understand the situation because we have experienced the same frustrations, losing money and productivity from these issues. Being a contractor or a municipal agency, you know how important it is to have your equipment online, making money and keeping customers and citizens satisfied.
After dealing with these problems for many years, we set out on a mission to simplify our machinery and to maximize our up time. With all of the equipment lines we sell; they all have some things in common. They are all very simple, reliable, and extremely productive. After stream lining our own operation, we have made a commitment to help others in our industry, to get back to basics and once again enjoy the productivity and dependability we had prior to the over engineered nightmares we have all been dealing with for the last two decades.
